1. Ministry Medium Term Strategic Plan 2008/9 – 2010/11

The Strategic Plan is the shared vision of the Ministry of Communication, Science and Technology and its institutions. The Plan is a result of the initiative taken by the Ministry in response to the challenging tasks entrusted in us that require comprehensive planning and costing to enable smooth implementation of the tasks through involvement of different stakeholders and customers. This is the first plan after the Ministry was established in February 2008. The plan has been developed with transparency so as to enable our institutions align their Visions and Missions as well as objectives and targets with that of the Ministry for ultimate realization of synergy and quality service delivery that will meet our customers’ satisfaction.
